I am a Custodian in the maintenance dept. I attended a community college in California and have worked in the bakery industry for 23 years. I have a daughter attending a Community College in Northern California studying Veterinary Science.
My Name is Joy Worsham and I was born and raised in Twin
Falls, Idaho. I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers. I graduated from Twin Falls,
lived on my own for a couple of years then married the man of my dreams. We
have been married for 23 years, have 2 children , a daughter that is 23
years old and a son that is 17 and a 8 month old granddaughter. I have been
working on campus for the past 5 years and finally after trying for that
long I finally got a full time job working for the College. I have been out
of school for 25 years, and just this year for fall semester I decided to go
back to school. I was scared to death but I am really enjoying the
challenge. I really love it here and I love all the people that I have had
the pleasure of meeting. Life has given all kinds of challenges and I just
take them one day at a time.

Human Resources Director
Hello everyone, I would like to introduce myself my name is Monty Arrossa and I am the new Human Resources Director. I grew up in the wonderful town of Shoshone and am proud to say that I am a CSI graduate. After attending CSI, I attended and graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelors Degree in Health Education. Although I am certified to teach secondary education I chose to begin my career in the animal pharmaceutical industry. In 1997 I changed career tracts and went to work for the Idaho Department of Labor in Twin Falls. In 1999 I transferred with the Department to the Pocatello office and supervised the Employment Services/Unemployment Insurance unit and then was promoted to Assistant Manager. It has always been a dream of mine to work at CSI and now that dream has come true. I would like to thank everyone for being so gracious and helpful as I have transitioned into this position. I have really enjoyed meeting employees around the campus and would invite everyone stop by the HR office and say hello.
